Janiece Answers A Few Questions

 

Why did you choose a predominately raw or vegetarian lifestyle?

Today because of the government rules on labeling it is almost impossible to tell whether undesirable chemicals have been added. Today because of the dominance of large corporate farming and the lack of required labels on GMOs, it is almost impossible to tell if I was eating food robbed of nutrients.   If you've seen the video, Food Inc. with the violent slaughtering of animals fed with hormones and pesticides, it was enough to convince me to drop beef immediately and become a vegetarian.  ng repelled by the violent slaughtering of animals who have been fed with hormones and pesticides, it didn't leave one with much of an appetite to eat meat. Yes, I still eat meat but only organic meat. Then I learned there was a problem with our supplements in gel caps--they were being irradiated which significantly lessens the strength of the nutrients in the capsule.

With raw or vegetarian food I can shop locally and grow some of my food. At least I can go to the Farmers Market and ask questions about how the local farmers grow the food that I purchase or I can buy organic and know I'm getting nutrient-rich foods.

 

I just can't keep the weight off. What can I do to lose weight and keep it off?

As a Corporate Health Coach, I helped a lot of overweight people lose weight and keep it off in spite of working 14 hour non-stop stressful work days

Boy do I have personal experience with keeping the weight off. And the older I get the harder it was to keep the weight off. Then I discovered a wonderful system of organic food developed by a Clinical Nutritionist that nourishes your body making a quick exit while loosing weight.   I lost 4 lbs in the first week and kept it off, loosing a few pounds each week.  Following that diet, I have a lot more energy and have adopted it as MY nutrition program.
